Terms of Use

Count with Berc · Effective 9 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Count with Berc ("the app"), provided by Berk Aldanmaz ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Using the app

You must be at least 16. You are responsible for your account and for what you do with it. Keep your sign-in details safe and give us accurate information.

2. Health and safety

The app, including its training programs, is for general fitness information only and is not medical advice. Exercise carries risk. Check with a doctor before you start, stop if you feel unwell, and use the app and programs at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries.

3. Community content

You can share workouts, photos and comments. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us a limited licence to host and display it in the app. You must not post content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexual, misleading, infringing, or that targets or harasses others, and you must have the right to share any photo you upload.

You can report content or block users from the app. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, usually within 24 hours of a report.

4. Purchases

5. Our rights

The app, its design and the training programs belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them under these terms. Apple's Standard Licence Agreement for apps also applies between you and Apple.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
